My Unique Approach to Anxiety
If you know about me, you'll know that I suffered from crippling anxiety for over fifteen years. My anxiety coaching is based on the answers and principles that helped me personally turn my life around.
I'm sure you agree, unless you've personally experienced anxiety, it's hard to understand it. My coaching success is down to my personal experience and genuine understanding of anxiety.
You won't find the usual anxiety counselling, therapy, CBT, hypnotherapy or NLP techniques used in my coaching - that would make me the same as everyone else. Anxiety isn't a one-size-fits-all, so programmes are also off the list because that's not what you need.
What you need are answers and real long-term solutions to the problems anxiety is causing you, so you can make the lifetime changes you're looking for.
