When I'm not helping people overcome anxiety, I'm enjoying my favourite pastime (eating out) because whatever anyone says, food is love! I might be watching my favourite film, The Matrix, because I like the idea that you can shape your world. I'm losing at chess or fussing over one of my three cats (big fan).
