We've all been guilty of living Einstein's definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. It's just that some of us are better at quitting the insanity sooner rather than later.
Change is scary, full of fear and anxiety. That alone can keep us trapped in insanity. The fear of change makes staying stuck in the same patterns and expecting something different common.
The insanity can end with one decision, followed by one step.
The decision: I want to change what I'm not happy with.
The step: Making the first small action towards that change.
The start of overcoming insanity is always the most challenging part. But remember what is important – your health, your wellbeing, and how you feel.
