You're either suppressing the innate creativity you were born with (a good sign is being miserable), or you're using it (a good sign is a smile on your face).
Do yourself a favour: rekindle that old hobby you stopped doing. Cook that meal you can do no one else can. Make it a goal to learn an instrument, a new language, get an allotment, paint, draw, write, knit, bake, take your camera to nature, dance, sing – or do it all.
Expressing your creativity is the best form of therapy.
